If you have made your reservation for the wine bar at Solaire, we look forward to serving you our quality wine! Feel free to experiment with a new type or an old favorite. Here are some of our favorites and what you can expect when you order one:

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon was accidentally born from a Cabernet Franc grape breeding with a Sauvignon Blanc grape plant. This wine is known for its dark color, full body, and an alcohol level usually over 13.5 percent. It pairs well with most red meats.

Our wine bar has Bordeaux options from 2003 through 2009. These wines are typically blends with Cabernet Sauvignon and often are a very deep ruby to black color. Bordeaux wines are full-bodied and carry a gentle taste of earth, leather, and cherry.

Chianti wine is for those of you who can handle a very dry wine! This Italian wine is best consumed with food, so be sure to order it with your meal at Solaire. You can expect this wine to vary from light-bodied to full-bodied depending on age and producer. Expect a soft scent of cherry or violet with a tart flavor.

If you are looking for a light-bodied wine that still holds a strong flavor, our zinfandel may be the best choice for you. This wine is layered with black fruits and spice flavors which make it pair wonderfully with grilled meats.

Be sure to order a glass of red wine from our wine bar the next time you stop by! We look forward to serving you our very best wine options.
